The paySupreme General Purpose Reloadable (GPR) card is a Prepaid MasterCard offered through to friends and family of incarcerated individuals at correctional facilities. Friends and family can use this card to send money to their loved one’s commissary account so they can get the things they need such as food, toiletries, phone credits, and much more.

This personalized card will be issued at no cost to the cardholder and sent via mail within 7-10 business days. Cardholders have the option to open an optional Savings Account offered through MetaBank®, N.A. via the website/mobile app***. The card may be used everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted.
