To pay your background check fee, you need an Arizona Incarcerated Individual associated with your JPay account as well as a Visitation ID,
which you can get by completing the AZ visitation application

Log in to your JPay account, or create a new one by selecting "Arizona" and entering your Incarcerated Individual's ID on the next page.
- Once you have logged in or registered, click "Pay visitation background check fees."
- On the Visitation Payment page, enter your Visitation ID.
- Follow the prompts to pay the fee.
- Call 800-574-5729
- Ask to "Pay AZ Visitation Background Check fees"
- Visit MoneyGram (Walmart, CVS)
- Use Receive Code 1243
- Transaction processes vary by location:
- Fill out a blue form
- Enter Incarcerated Individual ID # and last name in Account Number of the Bill to Pay field
- Enter "Visitation ID" in the Message to Biller or Beneficiary Name field
- Pick up a red phone; follow the prompts
- Visit the customer service counter
