Adding a phone number

The phone number you enter on your My Profile page populates the Main Phone Number field on the Add Phone Number page. If you are going to use the Advance Connect feature you should register your phone number first. Click here to learn about registering your phone number.

To add a phone number

1. On the JPay home page, on the Navigation menu, click My Account.

2. On the My Account menu, click Add Phone Number.

3. Enter a new phone number in the Enter Phone Number field then click Add.
4. The system will ask if you wish to check if this number is registered with the phone provider. Click No. The phone number is added to the Existing Phone Numbers list.

To delete a number

In the Existing Phone Numbers list, click Delete next to the number you want to delete.
