Creating a user profile

You must fill in your user profile before you can use any of the JPay services.

To fill in your user profile

1. On the JPay Home page, on the Navigation menu, click on My Account.

2. On the My Profile page enter your personal information and click Save.

Note: IVR functionality is not online yet and so it is not necessary to register for these services.
