Buying a JP3 player

A JP3 player allows an incarcerated individual to download songs and listen to them at their leisure. They can also play games on the player and listen to FM radio. You can buy a JP3 player for an incarcerated individual. However, you can also send them JPay credits so they may buy the JP3 player.

Things to remember

• Not all services are available for all facilities. To know what services a facility allows go to the Availability and Pricing page and search for the facility you want.
• Make sure you have selected the correct incarcerated individual for the service you want. On the JPay home page, in the Incarcerated individual list, select the incarcerated individual you want.
• Make sure you are logged in to use the JPay services.

To buy a JP3 player

1. On the JPay home page, on the Navigation menu, click Music.

2. On the Music menu, click Buy JP3 Player.

Then click Continue.

3. In the Select card list, select the card you want to use then enter the validation code for the card.

Then click Continue.

4. In the Payment Verification box, click on the text, terms and conditions to read them. Then select the checkbox acknowledging you have read and agree to JPay's terms and conditions. Then click Continue.

JPay will begin to process order immediately. We strive to deliver the player within an estimated 30 days. However, this timeframe is subject to change based upon availability and facility schedules.
