Note: Tablet privileges may be restricted by agency. Availability of applications and services differ by location. Applications, services, hardware, purchase models, and pricing may vary per agency/facility contractual requirements.
Here's how to get a tablet for your loved one:
1.) Login or create a JPay account to purchase a tablet. If the JP6S is not available for purchase, but is available to your loved one to purchase, you can fund their Media account to provide funds they can use to purchase the new tablet.
2.) JPay will prepare and ship the tablet to the agency. Once received, the agency will deliver it to your loved one.
Media Account
A JPay Media Account (also known as JPay Credits), is an account managed by your loved one. From this account, your incarcerated loved one can purchase:
- A Tablet
- Songs and music albums
- Games
- (Rent) movies and TV shows
- Stamps
- Printout
